Synopsis 剧情简介

文慧心(佘詩曼飾)於多年之前憑報道賊王案聲名大噪，奠定「新聞女王」地位。另一黃金時段必然主播梁景仁(馬國明飾)與慧心各立派系，勢成水火！連番明爭暗鬥，慧心終攀上管理層，騰出其主播寶座；只想做好新聞遠離權力爭鬥的張家妍(李施嬅飾)、利用身材美貌爭上位的許詩晴(高海寧飾)、作為慧心左右手的徐曉薇(何依婷飾)，都是熱門接棒人選……慧心有意推行改革，卻被笑裡藏刀的電視部總監余英飛(鄧智堅飾)牽制，加上新聞集團老闆娘方羅麗嫦(龔慈恩飾)一直暗中操控，不想一方獨大，令慧心行事困難重重……

Man Wai-sum (Charmaine Sheh) hit the big time and attained the status of the Queen of News as she covered some hardened criminal case many years ago. Leung King-yan (Kenneth Ma), another prominent prime time anchor, is the leader of an opposing camp to Wai-sum’s. They just cannot stand each other! While infighting persists, Wai-sum eventually joins the management team, and her prestigious anchor position is freed up. Cheung Ka-yin (Selena Lee) stays away from power struggle and only wants to be a good journalist. Hui Sze-ching (Samantha Ko) uses her pretty face and figure to get promoted. Tsui Hiu-mei (Regina Ho) is Wai-sum’s trusted aide. And they are popular candidates to take up the baton. Wai-sum wants to implement reforms. But two-faced Chief Director Yu Ying-fei (Eric Tang) gets in her way. Moreover, lady group boss Fong Law Lai-sheung (Mimi Kung) is engaging in secret manipulation as she does not want any one of them to be dominant. And Wai-sum has to overcome even more hurdles.
