Synopsis
清康熙年間，本是揚州闊少的高天寶（王祖藍飾），家中以賣鹽為生，堆積大量財富。可是，一次朝廷打擊私鹽，高家被查封，天寶流落至北京城，開設包點店，主打鹹魚包。鹹魚包所發出的「香味」，有人歡喜有人厭。在天寶包點店旁邊開麵店的米小魚（何雁詩飾）不斷向天寶投訴；另一方面，一國之首康熙（岳華飾）原來三十年前微服出巡時，吃過一口鹹魚包，一吃便愛上，並為了皇宮中找不到此味道而耿耿於懷。
