Bowie is a little girl born with a silver spoon. One day, when she is home alone, a gang of robbers break into her house and kidnaps her. As it turns out, the robbers are hired by her uncle, Dave, who wishes to retrieve a family heirloom – a Van Gogh masterpiece. With the help of her nanny and friends from the street, Bowie and the gang work together to defeat Dave and his accomplices.
