Nakama Yukie plays the role of Rin, who works at a publishing company and is someone who has not dated in 8 years. She has been too busy working and looking after her siblings after their parents passed away. Her colleagues and boss consider her “difficult” to handle because of her strong-willed personality. One day, she goes to her best friend’s “divorce celebration” with Nanako who lives in the same apartment. Kouji Fujishiro (Yamada Takayuki) was a young boy from Syounan, having a life without any aim after sacked by a bento company. Only hanging around with his buddies Oonishi Yuuta (Tanaka Kei), Tatsunami Ryuusuke (Kawamura Yousuke) and Katou Haruo (Hamada Gaku), will make Kouji felt like having a normal life as a 19 years old teenager, and forgot what he’d ran into in the past.

Kaoru Amane (Sawajiri Erika) was suffering from an incurable disease called XP (Xeroderma Pigmentosum), and unable to be exposed to the sun. As a street musician who dream to publish album, she wished that she could present on a stage like her idol, Tachibana Asami (Matsushita Nao), one day. She tried to contribute her works to all kind of competition, but none of her works was appreciated. Until someone asked her “Have you ever love someone seriously?”, she started to give her best to compose a song which will touch people’s hearts…..

Synopsis
After participating in the opening ceremony, Conan, Agasa, Ran, and the Detective Boys are enjoying the view from the observation deck of the 635-metre tall Bell Tree Tower. Suddenly, a bullet breaks through a window and strikes a man’s chest, causing everyone to panic. Conan stays calm and uses the zoom function on his tracking glasses to follow the path of the bullet to its source. At the other end, Conan spies a black shadow. “But sniping from so far away is impossible, it can’t be—!” Conan and Masumi Sera pursue the fleeing sniper on Masumi’s motorcycle, but the chase takes a violent turn when the suspect attempts to blow up police patrol cars. Even the FBI get involved in the chase, but the culprit and the mysteries of the sniping end up vanishing into the ocean.

The investigation turns up a connection to the special United States Navy squadron, the Navy SEALS and other former US military officers working in Japan. However, the first sniping was just the beginning; as more people are shot, the citizens of Tokyo panic! What is the meaning of the bullet case and dice left behind? As his investigation progresses, Conan soon finds himself in the sniper’s crosshairs, only to be saved by Masumi who intervenes and takes the bullet in his stead. And, in the background, Subaru Okiya begins to make his move…
