即将嫁给富家子李伟臣（林家栋饰）的富家女曾斯敏（文咏珊 饰），婚前偷偷探望旧情人方慕哲（许志安 饰），在回家的路上，曾斯敏被神秘人袭击，醒来后发现自己被“裸”囚于密室之中，这令她看似美满的人生出现了一百八十度大转弯，然而凶手并不知道是谁，并且也不知道与她纠结许久的两段恋情是否有关，一切都是未知数。
